DALLAS, January 14, 2002 -- Citadel Security Software Inc., a subsidiary of CT Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: CITN), announced today that it has published a completely new web site located at www.citadel.com which offers comprehensive information regarding the company’s newest products and valuable information related to network security issues and concerns.

The web site features security-related bulletin boards and forums, access to comprehensive product technical support and documentation, downloadable product literature and industry white papers, product ROI security tools and resources for interested Beta product testers. Additional information includes documents which outline best practices for securing corporate networks, a security industry-related glossary and a separate section designed for Public Relations professionals.

Visitors to the site will also find the latest information regarding policies recently mandated by HIPAA and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley legislation for the health care and financial industries.  Plus, security related links are easily accessed to the Gartner Security Focus site, Information Security Magazine, Security-related portals and other pertinent sites.  Citadel products can be directly purchased on Citadel.com including Secure PC, a complete network security control system and NetOff a network-based desktop control application which prevents network access through logged-on, idle PCs.
